South Beach Diet - 3rd Day
The 3rd Day South Beach diet consisted of the following : Breakfast - Kraut Medley, was too salty, the chef was said to have made a mistake. A.M. Snack - Sugar Free Jello, which tasted like medicine. Lunch - Chicken Chili and my fiance does not like the beans. P.M. Snak - Laughing cow cheese Dinner - Beef Brocolli Dessert - Almond Jelly Rating : 2 star |
