South Beach Diet Day 14

Its the last day of South Beach Diet for my fiance. She was planning to attend a birthday party of her niece, but it was cancelled as she cannot eat with them due to diet regimen she undertaking.

Her last day menu consist of :
Breakfast : Hard Boiled Egg and Canadian Bacon
AM Snack : Sugarfree Jello
Lunch : Chicken Ala King
PM Snack : Chicken Delight
Dinner : Cajun Tuna
Dessert : Ube Supreme

The food was great and she gave it a rating of 3. Her food supplier has also returned her one day food refund as she has thrown up due to food problem.
