90 Proof - Filipino Bar / Chow

Located on the ground floor of the Raffles Center in Ortigas, this busy bar dishes up good quality bar food with a small list of cocktails and other beverages. A quick glance shows an after work crowd, some stopping in for a drink and others selecting from well made bar food. Whilst browsing the concise menu, we surprisingly discovered that in addition to the usual bar food there were some different and creative items though a few were not available. Among these creative dishes was a grilled Salmon Fillet with Orange Rice Pilaf and Mango Salsa which was adequately prepared with the flavors blending nicely. Not wanting to let the more traditional bar food go astray, a serving of Crispy Pata arrived with a melt in the mouth interior and a usual suspect of dipping sauce.
